- Active Vitamin B12: Methylcobalamin is the active, coenzyme form of vitamin B12 that the body can use directly.
- Supports Nerve Health: Helps in the repair and maintenance of nerve cells and the protective nerve covering (myelin).
- Corrects B12 Deficiency: Injection route bypasses the gut, which helps when absorption is poor.

- Ready-to-Use Dispo Pack: Comes with a sterile disposable syringe and needle for convenience.
How Metxn-2500 Injection Works
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that takes part in making DNA, red blood cells and nerve tissue. It helps nerve cells repair and keeps the nerve covering healthy. Giving it by injection delivers the vitamin directly into the body, so it does not depend on absorption in the gut.
