Important Safety Information

- Diclofenac can increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration and perforation. The risk can occur even without warning symptoms.
- NSAIDs such as diclofenac can also increase the risk of cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke. Healthcare professionals generally consider the lowest effective dose for the shortest appropriate duration.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease or asthma triggered by aspirin or NSAIDs.
- Tell your healthcare professional about medicines such as anticoagulants, corticosteroids, blood-pressure medicines, diuretics or other painkillers before starting treatment.
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption because it may increase the risk of liver-related problems with paracetamol and gastrointestinal problems with NSAIDs.
- Do not exceed the recommended paracetamol intake from all medicines combined.
- Stop the medicine and seek medical advice if you experience signs of an allergic reaction, serious skin reaction or gastrointestinal bleeding.

Dosage & Administration
Take DIFEHEX-SP exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
The appropriate dose and duration depend on the patient’s age, medical condition, severity of symptoms and response to treatment. Do not increase the dose or extend treatment without medical advice.
Take the tablet with water. If you develop stomach discomfort, follow your healthcare professional’s instructions regarding administration with food.
Because DIFEHEX-SP contains both diclofenac and paracetamol, check other medicines carefully to avoid unnecessary duplication of either ingredient.
Storage
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
- Protect the tablets from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
- Keep the tablets inside the original blister until use.
